We understand that when you have a maintenance issue, you want it fixed right away. Quite often, we find that basic troubleshooting can resolve your issue. We have provided you quick solutions to common problems below.
This one is a tougher one to troubleshoot. Often times it requires a professional to diagnose and repair. But let’s try a few things… Did you test the breaker? | Is the power coming on at all? | Is the filter clean/obstructed? | Will the main fan turn on? If you responded ‘YES’ to the following and it’s still not working, please submit a service request.
